Shipping Policy
At The RO World, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and fastest delivery service. All items are shipped within 1-2 days for purifiers and same day for accessories. We have partnered up with Shiprocket for a seamless shipping experience for our customers. All orders are delivered within 3-5 days of shipping. All orders over Rs. 1000 will be eligible for free shipping and we offer a variety of different shipping options to choose from. We also provide tracking information for all orders so customers can track the status of their order.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The RO World, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept any returns for our water purifiers. However, we do offer a 10-day exchange period for our accessories, so if you're not happy with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different item. Please contact us for further information on how to proceed with the exchange.
