How many services are included each year?

Up to 5 services per year in all AMC plans.

Does Comprehensive include filters?

Kent Comprehensive includes 1 filter kit per AMC year. Other Brands Non-Comprehensive and Comprehensive include 1 filter per AMC year.

Are electrical parts covered?

For Kent, electrical parts are not covered in any AMC; if required, they are billed with 15% off MRP. For Other Brands, Comprehensive covers electrical parts.

Can I change the filter on Day 1?

Yes. If you change it on Day 1, it counts as that year’s entitlement.

Do you support Aquaguard, Livpure, Havells, AO Smith?

Yes. Pricing is provided on request based on the specific model.
